Peggy Noonan, in The Wall Street Journal:
Fox is owned by News Corp., which also owns this newspaper, so one should probably take pains to demonstrate that one is attempting to speak with disinterest and impartiality, in pursuit of which let me note that Glenn Beck has long appeared to be insane.

I don't want to burst your bubble. There are no "news" organizations in the United States. Period. No other answer is correct.
There are a huge number of propaganda machines owned by the rich but there are no "news" organizations.
Posted by: evil is evil on March 20, 2010 3:19 PMIt is starting to look like you are right about the wingnuts eating their young, Jerome. First Hannity, now Beck. I guess since they failed to kill Obama and Reid and Pelosi there is nothing else left to eat. I hope they choke on each other.
Posted by: SallyQ on March 20, 2010 3:56 PMNoonan is clearly jealous of Beck's youth, vigor, market share and mastery of the suburban populist style. She's resentful, and why not? Eh? The suburbs were hers, once upon a time. When Beck was a twitching lump of drugged-out self-pity, she inspired the Premium Outlets Jacquerie to one victory after another.
