My theory is beginning to take partisan shape. And I shall have to report it soon. However partisan and simple it may be(although I may be wrong, I'm never in doubt - I steal the quote from the great man, the deceased brilliant one, Julius B. Ness S.C.S.C.CJ) as it's infinitely more sensible than the stories we get from those guys.
